In the event you cancel or no-show without 24-hours notice, or change an appointment on the same day, you will be charged $50.00 (appts. over $100), or 50% (appts. under $100).

We found it necessary to implement this policy in consideration of our professional team whose ability to maintain their expected earnings are based on their appointment bookings on a daily basis.
